Homegrown Organic Seeds - Sunflower
In most cases when buying wholesale merchandise from manufacturers, each item arrives individually wrapped in non-recyclable plastic. In an effort to create earth-friendly products that are both kind to the wallet as well as the planet, Alice is selling her very own seeds!
Lovingly grown and harvested in Alice’s own garden in Surrey, England, each packet of seeds comes with a minimum of 30 nuggets of flourishing potential. The current range includes mixed hollyhocks, sunflowers and chillis, with more to come!
Sunflowers are renowned for their glowing yellow faces and love a sunny position. Tall, fast-growing annuals with broad, heart-shaped leaves, sunflowers bear huge flowers up to 30cm across that attract bees and provide food for finches. Grow in a moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Will flower best in a long, hot summer and may need a stick for support once they grow big enough.
If growing pollinator-friendly sunflowers from seed, sow indoors in mid-to-late spring or directly in the position you want them to grow in May/June.

Please note that Alice packages and posts each order of CDs and seeds personally. This does mean that postage times may be effected by Alice’s travel schedule. Your order will be sent as soon as physically possible, usually the next day or within the next few days, Alice wants you to enjoy the music after all!
